Refund Policy

Our store accepts Returns if the item falls under the following criteria: Items are faulty amaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@wellcareworld.com and we will guide you through the process.

The item MUST be received by Wellcare World WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of receipt of the order from Wellcare World. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you are receiving a refund through any major credit card, the refund processing time is 1-2 business days. If you are receiving a refund through PayPal, the refund processing time is 7-10 business days. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Standard Delivery Times

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-7 business days for United States and Canada, Australia, for United Kingdom and other countries can take up to 20 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place .You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Damages

Wellcare World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
