Standard shipping times

For domestic orders, once your order is processed, packages can take between 3 to 10 business days to arrive. For international orders, packages take up to 20 business days to arrive.

Processing times

Our standard processing time takes 1-3 business days. Our processing procedures have a few steps before they are packaged up and sent to you. Please note this does not include shipping time.

Once you place the order, taking into account the processing time plus shipping time, the package will arrive to your door in between 3 to 10 business days

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will be responsible for tracking your order. Most of our orders are shipped out within 3 business days and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check your SPAM or Promotions folders if you do not have it in your inbox.

For your convenience, you can use the TRACK YOUR ORDER tool to track your order. We will not be held liable for any orders that are delivered and the client does not receive them. We kindly encourage you to keep track of your package as we receive many orders every day.

Shipping costs

Shipping is based upon size and weight of items and are calculated upon checkout. The majority of our products for our customers see an average of $14.99 shipping fee. Additional factors impacting shipping price include country of destination and personal desired speed of receiving items. The most efficient way to estimate shipping cost is to add an item to your cart and use our shipping calculator.

If there are any issues with delivery to your country, contact our our customer service team and they will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

Delivery address modifications

After placing your order, you can not change your shipping destination.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Wellcare World is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
