We are delighted to welcome new receptionist Clare Smith to the 387 and West Midlands Cat Clinic team! Clare brings with her a wealth of organisational, customer-facing and people management experience. Previous job roles include team leader with the Cooperative Food Group where she was in charge of day to day operations in store as well as offering customer and front of house support, pub landlady which required great communication and people skills, and she is no stranger to veterinary reception work. Clare spent 7 years working on front desk in a small animal practice in Wolverhampton so understands the demands and responsibilities involved in her new role. She is excited to be back working in the veterinary world, and can’t wait to meet you and your pets!
