It’s a really important responsibility and, with a single claim taking anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes to process, Sharon has ring-fenced time off rota each week specifically dedicated to managing pet insurance. Can you believe, in 2025, a staggering 1500 pet insurance claims were processed at 387 Vets! Thank you, Sharon for the amazing job you do.
